Devlog: 12/6/2021: Day 2


Day 2 is upon us! 

  • Added water that is destroyed upon touching a kind of paper
  • Added out-of-bounds colliders and random other colliders to constraint the post-it movement better 
    • Sadly I could not figure out a good way to constrain post-it movement properly without using just the default physics and rigidbodies... should have gone tilemap. I also looked into tilemaps but then it was too complicated to switch over by then. So, this is what I'm stuck with! A tile-ish based puzzler without a tilemap... ah, we learn.
    • I just gave up on water tight post it constraints, this is definitely not water tight if you push it 
  • Made more sprite variations for variety
  • Added some more UI sprites and a next level loader
  • Worked on level design
